The IT company, Good Growth, needed a new logo for their first annual team event, titled GROW I. They wanted a design that would leave the team feeling inspired, energised, and ready. Specifically, they requested that the logo feature a leaf to align with the overarching theme of growth.

I spent time breaking down the brief and sketching ideas, aiming to create a scalable logo that remained recognizable even without supporting text. To subtly convey togetherness and progress, I combined two abstract vectors of people acting as branches, with emerging leaves to illustrate the aspect of growth.
